Alchemy
I love to immerse myself in a creative dance with material, light, water and magic; guided by intuition and embracing unpredictability something unique arises.
With my handmade prints using alternative photographic processes, I seek to translate and implement my vision of a life-inducing future; hence I create in vegan and plastic-free way – and as sustainable as possible.
mysterium coniunctionis
I contemplate the uniting of opposites with these cyanotypes embracing the positive and the negative in a golden way inspired by the notion of C.G. Jung that one’s gold might reside in one’s shadow and his work on alchemy as well as the Japanese concept of Shibusa.
Created in my specific plastic free and vegan way with motifs from TO PARADISE
Golden radiance
A playful attempt to use gold pigment in an subtle aesthetic inspired by the book in praise of shadows; manifesting sun rays radiating at the shores of a Paradise spot at the Peloponnes that – for me – point metaphorically towards the divine radiance behind all things; created with alternative photographic processes in a vegan and plastic-free way.
So excited this is on display as part of a group exhibition at KOMINEK Gallery, Berlin 2026 Sept.
Hanami
Exploring and honing my skills with color in Alternative Processes in non-toxic ways. Going beyond cyanotype toning, adding pigments, playing and combining technics to match my vision or induce a new one.
Furthermore, this is a serial approach reflecting my process: Emergent phenomena arising from complex systems.
I call them: APPEARANCES, unique manifestations.

Beyond duality
Cyanotype on rice paper, toned with the rest of my morning coffee, silvered on the back and waxed with home-made wax.
Thinking about duality – specifically about the concept of wave-particle duality – I superimposed both states metaphorically ( a cloud for the wave/water and a palm for matter/particle) and in simultaneously showing both states I aim to go beyond duality. The resulting synthesis is more the sum of its parts, a new creation and identity evolves – like a child.

Ghosts of future beings

Playful Peony studies
Various papers, toning, bleaching, additives…

Cyanotype collage
A commission for a magazine called ELEVATR, contemplating a cultural mindset shift, the absurdness of capitalism’s framing of nature as externalitites as well as the unstopable force of nature naturing using old botanical drawings and prints for my composition.
